Renewing Subscriptions

Five days before your subscription is due to expire you'll receive a notification. Don't worry if you miss this. An icon will appear in the upper right corner of the Unicorn Club dialogue window, just click this to renew.

If your subscription is still active it will automatically change to the new content. You do not have subscribe now if your subscription is still current.

When the Season Pass is active, the energy bar will have an additional 20 units (44 > 64).

You can disable the seasonal outfit only through the checkbox in the profile menu (click on your profile icon at the top of your game screen to open it).

Seasonal decorator

When checked, the appearance of the buildings will change to match the season.

Club members will have access to lots of cool features! All players will have access to a 7-day free trial period.

We understand that trying something new can feel like a big step, so we want to reassure you: After the 7-day trial, there's no commitment to pay if you decide it's not for you.

❗️ After the trial period is over, everything will go back to normal as usual.

Click your on profile picture to explore the new features and visit your Enclosure to choose your favorite pet. We sincerely hope you'll love them!

You must complete the tutorial, read it carefully, click the try button and follow the tutorial to the end. You will NOT be buying anything and you will NOT be activating club membership.

When you reach the last page of the tutorial click outside the space to close the window down.

The theme and content of the Season Pass will change depending on the time of year. Fall, then winter, spring, summer, etc.
